About This Breach
In January 2026, the French non-profit Association Nationale des Premiers Secours (ANPS), a first-aid and civil-safety training organisation, suffered a data breach that was posted to a hacking forum. The incident exposed over 302,000 records including names, dates of birth, places of birth, genders, phone numbers, physical addresses and 5,800 unique email addresses. ANPS traced the incident to a legacy system and self-submitted the data, which was added to Have I Been Pwned. The records were subsequently redistributed via a Telegram channel.
