In April 2020, a database of Russian Travel Permits issued during the COVID-19 pandemic was leaked, exposing over 4.7 million records. The breached dataset contained around 3.4 million unique email addresses, as well as full names, and phone numbers. The data was subsequently posted on a Telegram channel.
