About This Breach
In March 2026, GeForce NOW Armenia (gfn.am) — the NVIDIA GeForce NOW cloud-gaming service operated across Armenia and neighbouring CIS countries (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Ukraine, Uzbekistan) by NVIDIA's regional alliance partner — suffered a data breach that exposed approximately 1.3 million user records. The incident was confirmed by NVIDIA and was limited to the regional partner's infrastructure; NVIDIA's global systems were not affected. The compromised data, exported from the platform's Keycloak identity store, included email addresses, usernames/nicknames, first and last names, dates of birth and, for users who registered via a mobile operator, phone numbers, together with SHA-1 email hashes and account metadata (locale, referral codes, A/B-test buckets, registration dates); no passwords or payment data were exposed. A threat actor using the ShinyHunters name offered the database for sale on a hacker forum, and the records were subsequently distributed via Telegram.
