About This Breach
In April 2018, IDM Concursos, a now defunct Brazilian online portal for public sector recruitment and employment, suffered a data breach affecting around 14,000 records. The exposed data included over 12,000 unique email addresses and MD5 hashed passwords. The compromised information was posted on a prominent cybercrime forum.
