About This Breach
In December 2025, Raaga, a popular ad-supported Indian music streaming service, suffered a data breach exposing approximately 10.2 million records. The compromised data included email addresses, usernames, names, ages, dates of birth, genders, geographic locations (country and postal code), and passwords stored as unsalted MD5 hashes. The records were originally posted for sale on a prominent cybercrime forum by the actor @Spirigatito and subsequently distributed via Telegram.
