Swachh Manch, a public digital platform linked to the Swachh Bharat Mission (Clean India Mission) that enables citizens, urban local bodies, organizations, and volunteers to create and join clean-up, civic, and sanitation events, experienced a data breach that affected 25.25 million users. The compromised data included phone numbers, usernames, bcrypt password hashes, IP addresses, and dates.
