It accommodates a range of cryptocurrencies and seamlessly connects with well-known exchanges and wallets to effortlessly bring in transaction details. In September 2023, TaxBit released a statement on X (previously known as Twitter), stating, "We want to inform you that we've identified suspicious activity linked to a third-party web application, potentially affecting certain data, including email addresses and API keys associated with some TaxBit Consumer accounts." Approximately 14,000 user records were compromised in this data breach.
