About This Breach
In October 2025, Tisza Világ, the community engagement application of Hungarys opposition TISZA party, was affected by a data breach exposing approximately 200,000 records (around 198,555 unique email addresses). The compromised data included email addresses, usernames, first and last names, phone numbers, mothers maiden names, dates and places of birth, and home and current physical addresses along with electoral district and party role details. No passwords were included, as accounts authenticated through Google and Apple social login. The data was published online and extensively redistributed, and was distributed via Telegram.
