About This Breach
In early 2024, TSG (tsg.co.id), an Indonesian IT services company that deploys and maintains ATM and self-service machines, had a collection of its internal operational databases exposed and distributed through a Telegram channel. The multi-database dump spanned the company's queue-management, HR, SMS-gateway and field-service work-order systems. The exposed records contained email addresses, usernames, MD5 password hashes, plaintext teller passwords, employee full names, phone numbers, Indonesian national identity (KTP) numbers, dates of birth, genders and home addresses. The data was posted for distribution on a Telegram channel.
