About This Breach
In February 2026, Canada Goose, the Canadian luxury apparel and outerwear retailer, was affected by a data breach exposing approximately 580,000 customer records (around 579,000 unique email addresses). The breach originated from a third-party payment processor, and the published dataset relates to past customer transactions processed up to August 2025. The compromised data included email addresses, first and last names, phone numbers, IP addresses, shipping and billing addresses, order histories, and partial payment card details (card type and last four digits). The records were published on the ShinyHunters data leak site and distributed via Telegram after the company declined to pay a ransom.
