About This Breach
In September 2026, Flink, the German on-demand grocery delivery service (flink.de, operated by Flink SE and active across Germany and the Netherlands), was affected by a data breach after an unauthorized party used compromised credentials of a Flink employee to access an internal system. A threat actor group calling itself "LPG Group" claimed responsibility and, in a triple-extortion scheme, demanded a ransom (reported at 100 ETH) while also contacting affected customers directly. The exposed data included the names, email addresses, postal/delivery addresses, phone numbers and delivery geolocation (latitude/longitude) of approximately one million customers, along with the roles, names, email addresses and phone numbers of roughly 13,000 Flink staff and riders. Account passwords, billing information, bank details and payment-card data were not affected. The records were distributed via Telegram.
