About This Breach
In October 2018, a dataset appeared on a prominent hacking forum. MyDayBoat, a boat-rental and charter marketplace hosted on servers in Serbia that allowed users to rent day-boats directly from owners, suffered a data breach that affected 3,881 users. The compromised data included email addresses and password hashes stored as both MySQL old-hash and MD5 hashes.
