Refund policy

How LeakedSource handles refund requests for Pro and Business subscriptions.

We want billing to feel fair, and we've designed the product so you rarely need a refund in the first place.

How we minimize refund situations

  • The $1 intro period lets you try full Pro access for 28 days with almost nothing at stake.
  • You can cancel at any time in about a minute, entirely self-service — cancelling stops all future charges, and on standard plans you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Before your renewal, your billing date and amount are always visible in the Stripe billing portal.

Requesting a refund

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, you were billed after cancelling, you were double-charged, or someone subscribed using your card without authorization — contact us through the contact form with:

  • The email address on the account
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll investigate and respond by email. Charges that are genuinely our error are refunded.

What we generally don't refund

Renewals that occurred simply because a cancellation wasn't made before the billing date are generally not refunded, since cancellation is instant and self-service. That said, tell us what happened — we'd rather be reasonable than rigid, especially for first-time issues.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Disputes take weeks and lock the account while they're open; we can nearly always resolve the issue faster directly.
