In August 2018, AQSgames, a United States based ecommerce platform for tabletop and board games, sustained a data breach impacting around 7000 records. The exposed information included over 6000 unique email addresses and passwords either in plaintext or hashed using phpBB or bcrypt. The records were posted on a prominent hacking forum.
