About This Breach
In October 2026, Kiassure (kiassure.com), a French health-insurance brokerage, had an internal CRM database exposed and distributed via a Telegram channel. The breach contained over 10,000 records relating to insurance brokers, agents and their clients. The exposed data included email addresses, first and last names and phone numbers, and for insurance applicant files additionally dates of birth, marital status, health-insurance scheme (regime) details, partial bank account (IBAN) data and French social security numbers (NIR). The records were distributed through the BLACK MARKET 1337 Telegram channel.
