About This Breach
In May 2023, ppsdm.kemnaker.go.id, the Moodle-based learning management system operated by the Human Resources Development Center (Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, PPSDM) of Indonesia's Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker), was affected by a data breach that exposed the records of approximately 1,500 users. A full database dump generated on 21 May 2023 was subsequently distributed via a Telegram channel. The exposed data included email addresses, usernames, first and last names, last-login IP addresses and bcrypt password hashes. The breach has not been independently verified or indexed by Have I Been Pwned.
