About This Breach
In 2026, a database purportedly sourced from Russia's Federal Tax Service (FNS, nalog.gov.ru) was distributed through a breach-trading Telegram channel. The dataset contained roughly two million taxpayer records exposing full names and patronymics, dates of birth, phone numbers and email addresses, together with Russian national identifiers — SNILS (individual insurance account numbers) and INN (taxpayer identification numbers). No passwords or online credentials were present. The records were posted for distribution on a breach-trading Telegram channel.
